Winnifred Mabel Gilbert

At Bluewater Health-Sarnia on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Winnifred Mabel (Russell) Gilbert, age 89 of Sarnia passed away. She was the dear wife and best friend of the late Matthew Gilbert (2000) and loving mother of Matt Jr. (Stel), Gord (Netty) and Tom (Lisa) and was the grandmother to many grand and great-grandchildren. Her main focus in her life was always her family. Friends may visit with the family from  6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 25th at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9). A funeral service will follow the next morning on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Moore Union Cemetery.
