William "Bill" Wagg

Sarnia

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of William “Bill” Wagg, age 85 of Sarnia. Bill was the loving husband of 57 years to Jacqueline “Jackie” (Vallee) Wagg, proud father of sons Dean Wagg and his wife Annette of Port Richey, Florida and Darren Wagg and his wife Theressa of Sarnia and the proud grandfather of Meaghan, Morgan and Kala. Bill was the son of the late Albert and Barbara Wagg and was born in Port Hope Simpson, Labrador on December 28th, 1939. He became a successful and well known restauranteur for Sir Williams Steakhouse in Windsor, Williams Beef Parlor and later Wagg’s Steak & Seafood in Sarnia.

Bill was a longtime golfing member of the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club and loved nothing better than playing his usual game of Gin following a round of golf. For those wishing to do so, any charitable donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society at www.cancer.ca  or the Alzheimer's Society at   www.alzheimers.ca
