William (Bill) Hale

At his residence on Friday, January 1, 2010, WILLIAM EMERSON (BILL) HALE, age 63, of Corunna, beloved husband of Linda (Maw) Hale. Dear father of Michael Hale and his wife Hui Shue of Toronto and Jennifer Holborn and her husband Guy of London. Loving grandfather of Amelia and Alexander Holborn. Dear brother of Richard Hale of West Lorne, and brother-in-law of Carole Rossignol of Watford, Jim Maw and his wife Liz of Sarnia, Susan Gare and her husband Brian of Wyoming and John Maw and his wife Cheri of London. Dear friend and partner of Jean Proulx of Corunna. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born at West Lorne, Mr. Hale had resided in the Corunna area since 1972 where he was the co-owner of Proulx-Hale Holdings. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment of ashes will take place at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only please.
