William Eveson

At St. Joseph's Hospice of Sarnia Lambton on Tuesday January 5th 2010. William Eugene (Bill) Eveson age 77, of Sarnia. Beloved husband of Laura (Lotz) Eveson. Dear father of Rhonda Dinunzio (Mario), Mark Eveson (Patti), Lloyd Eveson (Dawn) and Susan Eveson (Richard Williamson) all of Sarnia. Stepfather of Bruce Hanna of Woodbridge, Todd and Marion Lotz and Michael Lotz and Heather McCabe of Sarnia. 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Survived by sisters Betty Eveson, Fran Starr, Barb Jones (Elmer) and Maryanne White(Orval) and brothers Maurice, Robert and Raymond (Marsha Benton). Many nieces and nephews also survive. Brother in law of Walter and Sylvia Hanna of Sturgeon Falls. Best friend of Judy and Mandy Vandenberghe. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Madeline Eveson, brother Jim and sister in law Barb. A lifelong area resident Bill enjoyed playing cards at the V.I.P. Centre in Bayside Mall and playing baseball in the Senior's League at Clearwater Park. Funeral service will be held from the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION CENTRE on Thursday January 7th at 11:00 am. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday January 6th from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm.
