Wayne Alexander Muir

It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Wayne Alexander Muir, age 63 of Point Edward, on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Hospice – Sarnia. He was predeceased by his parents Bill and Leona Muir and his brother Billy Muir. 

 Wayne was a member of the Carpenters Union, Local #1256 and the Point Edward Ex-Serviceman's Club. He leaves behind to mourn his loss his dear friend Janie Ryan, and his sisters Cindy McLam (Todd), Bridget Bell and Tracy Clarke (Lou), step siblings Lori Brown (Mike), Jerry, Linda Williams (Jeff), Dallas Brown (Amanda). Nieces and nephews Carly Bell, Chad Bell (Kristina), Bruce & Jenna McLam, Rikki Clarke (Jason) & Laura Clarke, Shannan Madill (Mark) & Andrew Madill, Ben & Jake Williams, Owen & Riley Brown, also Stepmother Carol Muir. 

 A celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at the Point Edward Ex-Servicemen’s Association, 503 Michigan Avenue in Point Edward on Saturday, September 17, 2022 beginning at 2:00 pm.  Donations in memory of Wayne may be made to the St. Joseph's Hospice and would be appreciated by the family.

 Private family cremation has been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9. Memories, photographs or messages o condolence may be shared through www.djrobb.on.ca
