Walter George Pretty

PRETTY, WALT - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Walter George Pretty, age 78 of Sarnia on Thursday, November 26, 2020. Walt was the loving husband of Jane Ellen Pretty and the father of Todd (Robin), Lisa and stepfather to Brent (Crissy), grandfather of Jennifer, Kristina (Brian), Steven and step-grandfather of Ella Brooks and Aiden Brooks, great-grandfather of Brysen and Theo, brother of Reg (Linda). Several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive. Walt was born in Newfoundland and was a “Heavy Equipment Mechanic” who was employed for many years at Trimac, Gorski’s and Superior Tire before his retirement. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis and the current restrictions placed on funeral homes a celebration of Walt’s life will be held at a later date. Any charitable donations made in Walt’s memory to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements are entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N.
