Tony Cornelius Duynhoven

With his family by his side at Trillium Villa Nursing Home on Tuesday August 4, 2015, ANTONIUS CORNELIUS (TONY) DUYNHOVEN, passed away peacefully at the age of 78. He was the much loved father of Annette Russell (Dan) and Christine Nicholson (Ron), the cherished grandfather of Danielle Russell, Tony Russell and Cassandra Nicholson. He was also survived by his sisters; Ann Donkers (Harry) and Mary Cassin (Larry) and sister in law Mary Duynhoven and will be missed by several nieces and nephews and Martha Modde. He was predeceased by his parents Johannes and Wilhelmina Duynhoven and brother Martinus (Martin) Duynhoven. Tony came to Canada with his family at the age 16 and was a member of the Bricklayers Union - Local #23. The family extends a very special thank you to the caring and compassionate staff at Trillium Villa Nursing Home. Cremation has taken place and at Tony's request there will be no funeral service or visitation. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Parkinson Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the D.J.
