Tom Reed

At Bluewater Health on Monday, November 29, 2010, TOM CHARLES REED, age 61, of Sarnia, loving husband of Grena (Ward) Reed. Dear father of Malene Williams and her husband Matthew of Edmonton, Alberta and Kristopher Reed and his wife Rebecca of Sarnia. Papa of Cuilean and Simon. Brother of Sue Valentine of Saginaw, Michigan. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Tom was a reservist with the U.S. Navy for 9 years and was employed with Polysar and TODA Advanced Materials for over 34 years. He was an avid amateur radio operator (call sign VE3UKU). He enjoyed watching trains in the rail yard and ships under the Bluewater Bridges. A celebration of Tom's life will be held from TRINITY ANGLICAN CHURCH (1194 Murphy Road) on Thursday, December 2nd at 11:00 am. Friends may visit with the family at the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 pm and at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 am on Thursday.
