Terry Lee Chadwick

At Bluewater Health on Sunday December 22, 2013 TERRY LEE CHADWICK age 64 of Sarnia (formerly of Point Edward). Beloved husband of Susan (Clarke) Chadwick. Loving father of Ryan (Carolyn) Chadwick, Amy (Giovanni) Spadafora and step-son Darrell (Nicole) Clarke. Cherished grandfather of Traynor, Giuliano, Vann and Emma. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dear brother of Dan and Bill Chadwick. Predeceased by his parents Norris and Marie Chadwick, brother David and sister Anita. Terry was a long standing member of the Local 700 Ironworkers for over 40 years and was known for his handyman skills and his passion of restoring hotrods. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held from the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE on Tuesday December 24th at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph's Hospice. A special thank you to Dr. Maddison and staff at Bluewater Health Palliative Care Unit, his nurse Sandy, the PSWs from Bayshore and sister-in-law Debbie for all their love and support.
