Susan Zavitz

Peacefully, surrounded by love, after a poised and valiant fight with ovarian cancer, SUSAN ANN ZAVITZ (WEBB) in her 65th year, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospice. Devoted and cherished wife of the late Robert Zavitz (2010). Treasured mother of Siobhaun Heidman (Trevor), Kip Zavitz (Amy) and Perry Zavitz (Sherry). Sweet grandma of Clare and Jamie Heidman, Kaitlyn, Makenna and Nathan Zavitz and Serah and Hannah Zavitz. Sue is survived by her brother Robert Webb and sister in law Bev Webb and cousin Mac Fairfield (Barb). Sue also loved and was loved by her nieces and nephews. Special friend of Harold and Heather Maw. Sue leaves behind all of her wonderful friends and colleagues at the Canadian Coast Guard. Funeral services will be held from ST. LUKE'S UNITED CHURCH, 350 Indian Rd. S., on Monday, January 31st at 11:00 am. Visitation will take place at the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Saturday, January 29th from 3:00 - 7:00 pm. Donations in memory of Sue can be made to the V.O.N. and the St. Joseph's Hospice of Sarnia Lambton (cheques only please).
