Stanley Roy Archer

Peacefully at Bluewater Health on Tuesday December 8, 2015 STANLEY ROY ARCHER age 95 of Sarnia.  Beloved husband of the late Eileen Alice (Everingham) Archer (2003) and the late Mabel Louise (Sutherland-Boyce) 2007 Archer.  Cherished father of Gloria (Tom 2006) Mott, Barbara (Paul) Templeton and Gail (Andrew) Swanstrom.  Loving grandfather of Noah and Alexi Mamak, Tommy, Justin and Jamie Swanstrom.  Stan served in WWII as an engineer,  retired from the City of Sarnia after 30 years service and was known for his great sense of humour, his passion for gardening and love for the game of golf.  Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.  A special thank you to Dr. Maddison and all the staff of 5th floor Cognitive Care at Bluewater Health and the Neurology Dept. at University Hospital.  Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or R.C.L. Poppy fund.  Arrangements entrusted to the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE.
