At Trillium Villa on Monday, March 28, 2011, SHIRLEY JEAN (GOVIER) PILIARIK, age 77, of Sarnia, beloved wife of the late Samuel Paul Piliarik. Dear mother of Matthew Piliarik and his wife Julia of Oshawa, Peter Piliarik and his wife Ann of Sarnia and Michael Piliarik and his wife Paula of Wingham. Loving grandmother of Alex, Lindsi, Jessica, Joanne, Jennifer and Tammy. Great-grandmother of Tyler, Ethan, Bradley, Hanna and Samantha. Dear sister of Donna Eady of Sarnia. A lifelong Sarnia area resident, Mrs. Piliarik was pre-deceased by two sisters Karen and Daisy. Cremation has taken place with interment of ashes at Resurrection Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Charity of Choice (cheques only please). Arrangements entrusted to the D.J.
