Sharen Gayle Lester

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Sharen Gayle Lester, age76 of Sarnia. She peacefully passed away at her home on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jim Lester. She was the dear mother of Shelley (Ted) Archer, cherished Grandma of Ted (Carly) Archer, Robyn (Daniel) Feenstra and Joe Archer (Morgan Williams) and Great-Grandma of Maverick Archer. She is also survived by her brothers Wayne (Barb) and Jim (Flo) Robinson many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Albert Robinson (1947 and Marjorie Bell (Neeley) Robinson-Smith and her brothers Ron, Edward, Don, Bob and Norm Robinson. Sharen enjoyed spending time with Jim and her friends going to car shows. She was a loyal Vancouver Canucks fan and loved to play Bingo and cross stitch. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9). A celebration of Sharen’s life will take place at a later date.
