Ruth Burdett

At her residence on Sunday, May 23, 2010, RUTH MARION (SAVELL) BURDETT, age 88 of Sarnia passed away. She was the loving wife of the late Edwin (Ted) Burdett (1990). She will be missed by her sister in law Joyce Burdett of Sarnia and nieces and nephew Debbie, Carol, Linda, Brenda and Brian. Several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and a great-great nephew also survive. Mrs. Burdett was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star - Chapter #6. Funeral services will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (Victoria at Davis St.) on Wednesday, May 26th at 11:00 am. Friends may visit Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial gifts to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated (cheques only please). Messages of condolence may be sent through djrobbfh@ebtech.net.
