Ron Raaymaker

After a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on Thursday, June 7, 2012, (RON) HENRICUS RAAYMAKER, age 58 of Sarnia passed away with dignity at St. Joseph's Hospice. He was the life partner of Donna Groulx and loving father of Kristine (Nathan) and Andrea, brother of Adrian (Judy), John (Michelle), Mike (Ann) and sister, Henrietta (George). Also survived by his extended family Greg Groulx (Dana) and Julie Groulx (Josh). He was Papa Nor to Tyler, Austin, Brayden and Rowan. He is predeceased by his parents Henrica and Marten Raaymaker. Ron and his family were well known in the area tree care industry. He was an avid golfer, pool player and volunteered much of his time to the Petrolia Squires. Services will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, June 12th at 11:00 am. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday, June 11th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to be made to St. Joseph's Hospice.
