Robert (Bob) Smeltzer

Suddenly at Bluewater Health on Sunday, July 29,2012, ROBERT (BOB) WAYNE SMELTZER, age 62 of Sarnia passed away. He was the loving husband of Dorothy Marie (Gerow) Smeltzer and dear father of Barbara Wolfe and Suzy Ditkowski, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, brother of Mike Smeltzer and Mary Middleton. He was predeceased by his sons Robert Smeltzer Jr. and step-son Thomas McDormott and his parents John and Mary. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, August 2nd from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Cremation will follow and interment will be later at Lakeview Cemetery. Donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
