Ralph Wintringham

With sadness in their hearts the family would like to announce the passing of RALPH EDWIN WINTRINGHAM, age 86 of Corunna on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Dear husband of 53 years to Marie (Power) Wintringham and loving father of Lynne Wintringham (John Lademer), Carol Laframboise (Marc), Jill Wintringham (Michael Norrish) and Gayle Marie Dale (Dave), grandfather of Deana, Carly, Santino, Alesandra, Alyssa, Taylor, James, Adam and Victoria, step-grandfather of Brock and Brandon, uncle of Larry Wintringham and his son Lee. Ralph was born in Sarnia and retired from Imperial Oil Limited after 35 years of service. He served overseas during WWII with the Royal Canadian Army and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion of Corunna. A private family celebration of his life will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, September 13th. Interment of ashes will be in the Wintringham family lot at Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial gifts to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated.
