Phyllis Foster

At Port Huron Hospital on Thursday, April 1, 2010, PHYLLIS PEARL (MORPHEW) FOSTER, age 87 of Port Huron and formerly of Mooretown, beloved wife of the late George William Foster and the late William DeBur and special friend of Dixon Davis. Dear mother of Judy Foster and her husband Ken Pembleton of Camlachie, Mike Foster and his wife Jane of Windsor and Lee Foster and his wife Jane Lyon of Meaford. Loving grandmother of Julie and Bob Oliver, Brett and Dean Foster and Kathy Boczek. Also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lois Lapp and Nila Jean Cameron of Port Huron and Rick Morphew of Whitby. Born at Sarnia, Mrs. Foster was a long time resident of the Mooretown area and in later years resided in Mesa, Arizona and Port Huron, Michigan. She was pre-deceased by a grandson Jim Oliver, a brother Ron Morphew and a sister Doris Roseberry. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Monday, April 5 th. at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 12 noon until time of service. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the A. L. S. Society, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation (cheques only please).
