Paul Mellon

MELLON, PAUL - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Paul Mellon. He passed away peacefully Saturday, February 8th, 2020 in his home town of Sarnia. He was a colorful guy and always spoke what was on his mind. Paul was a well known Sarnia business man his entire life He retired in 1988 and was a long-standing member and a commodore of the Sarnia Yacht Club. He loved to race his sailboat “Short Circuit” for several years around the great lakes including several Mackinaw races.  Paul’s three sons, Bruce, Brian and Gregg want to thank everyone for the condolences we have received. Private cremation arrangements have been made through the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9) and there will be a celebration of his life at a later date. Charitable donations in memory of Paul made to “Sarnia Yacht Club Sail Training Program would be appreciated by the family.  Memories and messages of condolence may be sent through www.djrobb.on.ca
