Patricia Josephine (Kennedy) McMahon October 9, 1960 - February 22, 2021
 

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patti, gone to join her mother for whom she was named after. She will be forever missed by her loving husband Jeff, her sons Shane (Kelisha), and Derek. Her siblings, Jane (Ron) Dutchak, Charlie (Colleen) Kennedy, Rita Nesbit, Mary Ann (Tim) Meads and step father Bob (Daisy) Geromette. She will be missed by her sisters in law Dianna Fulton, Bonnie (Wayne) Bruton, Cindy (Walter) Edwards and Linda McMahon. She is predeceased by in-laws Freida and Donald McMahon. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Her friends throughout the years will also miss her greatly. 
 

Patti spent many years working in the service industry and volunteering in her children’s school experiences. She was known in the St. Joseph’s community for cooking Christmas dinners and chaperoning school trips. She is fondly remembered in the community from her waitressing days at Rizzo’s and Open Grill. Most recently, she worked at the Tim Horton’s at Bluewater Health where she served our frontline workers and family visitors. Her life reflects a caring personality and a natural inclination to help others. She enjoyed watching hockey, with Calgary Flames being her favorite team. She loved the movies Monty Python and the Holy Grail as well as Guardians of the Galaxy. She loved reading and playing solitaire in the afternoons. She was a kind and supportive wife, mother, sister and friend. 

Special thanks to the kind and caring staff at Bluewater Health. A private service to honour Patti will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre with interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, and in honour of Patti’s love of animals, we ask that donations be made to the Sarnia & District Humane Society. Arrangements entrusted to the D.
