Patricia Susan Graham

Peacefully from natural causes at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Wednesday September 17, 2014, PATRICIA (PATTY) SUSAN (nee DAVIS) GRAHAM, age 57 of Sarnia. Patty is survived by her son Richard Avey and siblings Eloise (Jack) Nesbitt, Jackie Chaytor (Ed Sakaki), Norma (George) McSweeney, Freda (Jack) Schumacher, Fred Davis, Peggy (Stephen) Doig, Jenny Davis (Bob Cook), Theresa Little, Jimmy Henderson (Linda Tippins), Joey (Debbie) Henderson, Vicky Davis, special friend Shelly Kehli, 44 nieces and nephews and special cat DiDi. She was predeceased by her father Al Davis and mother Emily Duncan, sister Marjorie Huber and daughter Emily Avey Vanderberghe. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, September 22nd at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
