Norman Gay Peters

PETERS, NORMAN - At Bluewater Health on Sunday, November 29, 2015, Norman Gay Peters, age 80 of Sarnia passed away. He was the loving husband of 59 years to Joan Charlane (Roberts) Peters and dear father of Mark Peters, Cheryl Cates (Philip), Greg Peters (Donna), Doug Peters and Michelle Peters, Grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his parents Ethel and John, brothers Ross, Harold, Orville and his sister Dorothy Brandon and his granddaughter Heather Cates. Norm retired from Polysar in 2000 after many years of service. He enjoyed a hobby with his wife Joan for Carport Crafts. Friends may visit with the family at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., Sarnia) on Wednesday, December 2nd between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Cremation will follow with interment at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts made through donations to the charity of choice or to Joan Peters would be appreciated by the family.
