Linda Burley

Linda Burley, loving sister, aunt, and most loyal friend, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2023, surrounded by love and in the arms of her fur baby, Harley. 

She was 77 years old, born April 29, 1946, in Sarnia, Ontario. Linda will join her father Lloyd and mother Irene Burley, stepfather Louis Phillips, brother Stuart, brother Jon, lifelong friend Judy Seguin, nephew Shane, and her many fur babies in her next journey. Linda will be greatly missed by those left behind: sister Marylou, brother Steve, stepsister Wendy, sister in laws Bonnie, Diane, Marilyn. Aunt to Chris (Teena), Sherryl, Shelby (Dan), Stephen (Janine), Shawn (Tammy), Chris (Colleen), Jen (Robert), Great Aunt to Jacob, Yazmine, Hayden, Zander, Montana, Gavin, Jake, Quinlan, Declan, and Aidan as well as her many wonderful friends and extended family. 

Linda had a passion for cooking, outdoors, pool time and hairdressing. Linda was a hairdresser by trade. She worked as a hairstylist and owned Normas Beauty Salon in Sarnia. After retirement you could find Linda working in her yard, suntanning and sitting by the pool ready at any given moment to host and entertain a crowd. 

Linda’s kind heart, humour, infectious laughter, and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
