Norien Yvonne Plain

PLAIN, Norien Yvonne – November 2nd 1955–February 2nd 2023. At her home on Aamjiwnaang First Nation, Norien (Neen) Plain passed away peacefully and reunited with her beloved Heavenly Father and her precious predeceased family. She is survived by her lifelong partner Robert Lynn Nahmabin and loving children Gerald Nicholas Plain Jr., Dorothy Gilbert, Christina Large, Connie Rogers and Belinda Rogers. Predeceased by son Nelson Bressette. Special mother to Christopher Scott, Julia Morris, and Jerome Bressette. Special friend to the late, Gerald Nicholas Plain Sr. Grandmother to Terrance Nahmabin, Brandon Gilbert, Tiffany Gilbert, Tyler Plain, Tianna Plain, Kirra Hamelin, Clayton Hamelin, Tristan Nahmabin and Rihanna Nahmabin. Great grandmother (GG) to sweet Arabella Gilbert. Greatly missed by surviving brother, Ron Bressette (Donna Bullock). Predeceased by siblings:  Martin Bressette, Katherine Bressette, Deborah Bressette, Hazel Bressette, Zeke Bressette, Christopher Bressette, Kelly Bressette, Arnold Bressette and Florence Bressette. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and friends.

Visitation Monday, Feb 6, 2023, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Norien's home, 1894 St. Clair Parkway.
Funeral Service Tuesday, February 7th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Aamjiwnaang Community Centre at 1972 Virgil Avenue., Sarnia, Ontario.  Cremation will follow.
