Nicholas (Nick) Wasyliw

Unexpectedly at Bluewater Health - Mitton Site on Monday, June 21, 2010, NICHOLAS (NICK) MICHAEL WASYLIW, age 58, of Sarnia, dear husband and best friend of Lorraine (Kozera) Wasyliw. Loving father of Larissa (Christopher) of London and Mathew (Ashley) of Sarnia. Son of Antonia Wasyliw of Frankford. Brother of Alex Wasyliw and his wife Ann of Caledon East. Godfather and uncle of Michael and Christopher. Brother-in-law of Leonard Kozera and his wife Patricia of Brigden. Many nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his father Michael Wasyliw. Born May 16, 1952, Nick has been an employee of Imperial Oil Ltd. and Esso Chemical for many years. Nick loved cooking, his backyard pool and barbeques with neighbours and friends. Recently he found a new love, traveling with his family. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Friday, June 25th at 10:30 am. Cremation will follow. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph's Hospice or the Mooretown Hockey Association (cheques only please).
