May Vivian Walker (né©e Clarin), on Wednesday April 22, 2015 at Sarnia. Born in Hearst, Ontario, daughter of Swedish immigrants Edwin Clarin and Agnes Johnsson. For 59 years, beloved wife of Kenneth. Loving mother of John (Barbara) and Jeffrey (Leah) and grandma to Andrew, Katherine, Sean, Jennifer, Daniel, and Nicole. Dear sister of the late Asta Frazer. Vivian lived a long and full life. As a teenager she had the strength to overcome a life-threatening eating disorder. In 1951 she moved from northern Ontario to Sarnia and embarked on a four-decade career as a legal secretary, including with the late Mr. Justice Hugh Garrett of the Ontario Supreme Court and the late Raymond Wyrzykowski QC. In retirement she fulfilled a lifelong ambition and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Western Ontario. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, May 2nd from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:00p.m. from All Saints' Anglican Church (248 Vidal St N, Sarnia, N7T- 5Y4) followed by a memorial service at 1:00 pm. Private family interment of ashes to follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to All Saint's Anglican Church or the Alzheimer's Society of Sarnia Lambton.
