Mary - Lou Curran

CURRAN, MARY LOU - Mary-Lou Curran, nee Derry passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Wednesday July 28, 2021 in her 66th year. She was born on February 8th, 1955 and was the loving daughter of the Frank and Flo (Deceased) Derry. Lou leaves behind her two sons, Chris (Natacia) and Kyle Curran. She was the cherished Granny to Brody and Cora. She will be fondly remembered by her six siblings, Mike, Mark, Maureen, Kathy, Marjorie and Trish and her two sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law as well as her four nieces and ten nephews. Lou had an amazing memory and was the Derry family historian for all occasions and activities, always remembering each birthday and anniversary. Lou's legacy were her children and grandchildren, they were the light of her life. She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with them. At family gatherings Lou could be found entertaining and playing with the children. Her love of young children became her occupation as a day care worker where she never forgot a child's name and later on as a crossing guard. She was famous for her fudge, crochet dish cloths and love of animals. We hope she is being welcomed into heaven by her mom, Flo. “God's speed Lou” Private arrangements are entrusted to the D. J.
