It is with profound sadness, that I announced the passing of my dear wife, Mary Etta Levesque passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022, at Twin Lakes Terrace at the age of 77.Beloved wife of 48 years of Raymond Levesque. Will be missed by her siblings; David Newman and George Newman.
Mary and Ray were married on January 12, 1974. Mary graduated from nursing school in 1964 and spent her entire nursing career at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Sarnia and retired in 2000.
Mary, along with Ray, and aunt Ardis and uncle Bill, enjoyed camping and travelling. Mary enjoyed her Saturday morning breakfasts with Karla Andrews and Eva Levesque for many years. Mary loved knitting until she started to have problems with her eyes. But her greatest joy was in nursing.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd. (102 Victoria Street, North, Sarnia) on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 noon until time of service.
Ray would like to thank the dedicated staff at Twin Lakes Terrace for their care and compassion that was shown to Mary.
