Peacefully at Trillium Villa Nursing Home on Tuesday April 7, 2009, MARY JANE (WILSON) ELDER in her 87th year of Sarnia. Beloved wife of the late Robert B. Elder (2001). Loving mother of Jane Elizabeth Phillips and her husband Alan of Southampton and Bruce Robert Elder and his wife Janet of Kerwood. Cherished grandmother of Amber, Michael (Barbara) and Alana Phillips and Marjorie (Steve) Kent and Andrew Elder. Great-grandmother of Vanessa and Brady Phillips and Jonathan Kent. Dear sister of Phyllis Patchett, Betty Arn, Ruth Wist and sister in law of Fran (Jack)Cleave and Betty Wilson. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Predeceased by parents Robert S. and Belle Wilson, brothers James, Robert J., William Wilson and sister Doris Bothwell. Resting at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME where services will be held on Saturday April 11th at 1:00 pm with cremation to follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday afternoon and evening from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Inn of the Good Shepherd or Central United Church (cheques only please).
