Mary Helen Claeys

Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Bluewater Health on Saturday January 31, 2015 MARY HELEN (MCPHEDRAN) CLAEYS age 78 of Sarnia. Beloved wife of the late James (Jim) Claeys (1999). Loving mother of Ken (Linda) Claeys, Sharon (Rob) Kirk, Ted (Brenda Recker) Claeys, Lynn (John) Farina, Joan Claeys and special buddy Augusta. Cherished grandmother of Jason, Jarrod, Haylee(Scott), Joel(Melissa), Shannon (Mark), Mitchell, Corey(Bill), Jeni, Julie, Anthony(Melissa) and 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Shirley LeNeve and Pete (Cleo) McPhedran. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Ann McPhedran. Mary Helen was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br 62 and enjoyed many years of bowling, baseball and darts. Resting at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE where services will be held on Wednesday February 4th at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Sarnia and District Humane Society.
