Marion Ellen Wilkins

December 25, 1922- January 21, 2020

WILKINS, Marion --- Peacefully on January 21, 2020 at Marshall Gowland Manor.  Marion had just celebrated her 97th birthday on Christmas day. She was the wife of the late Bill Wilkins (2015) and loving mother of Peter Wilkins (Jean) and Ellen Lee (Danny). She was a very special and much loved Nana to Carolyn Burke (Paul), Greg Lee (Sandra), and Cathy Naylor (Ian). She was a treasured Great Nana to Cory and Heather Burke, Madison and Hayden Lee, Megan (Martin) Renaud and Adam Naylor. She is also survived by Sister-in-law Betty Wilkins and brother-in-law Clarence Dilling. Marion lived a long and fulfilling life. Everyone who knew her, loved her. She was always there to lend an ear and feed your stomach, even if you weren’t hungry. She will be sadly missed by all.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Dunlop United Church, (757 Rosedale Ave, Sarnia) on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 11am. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through donations to Diabetes Association Canada and the MS Society, or charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Donations may be dropped off at the DJ Robb funeral home or the day of the funeral at the church office (cheques only at the church).
