Peacefully at Regency on the Lake Nursing Home, Port Huron, MI on Friday, January 30, 2009 MARION PATRICIA (ARMSTRONG) SCHULZ of Eastpointe, Michigan, in her 86 th. year. Beloved wife of the late Johnny Schulz and loving grandmother of Patti (Eyre) Helps and her husband Rev. Dan of Sarnia. Great-grandmother of Katie and Ben Helps of Sarnia. Mother-in-law of Bob Eyre of Sarnia and sister-in-law of Al Florin of Harper Woods, MI. Also survived by nieces Marcia (Florin) Riemer of Rochester Hills, MI, and Mary Lou (Florin) Hayes of Okemos, MI, great-nieces Kim Riemer of Rochester Hills, MI and Shannon (Riemer) Angersbach of Oro Valley, AZ, great-great niece Samantha Angersbach of Oro Valley, AZ, great-nephews Andrew Hayes and Matthew Hayes of Okemos, MI. and her beloved dog Suzy. Marion was born on March 17, 1923 at Parkhill, ON but had resided for the past 60 years in Michigan. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Sandra Eyre of Sarnia, and sisters Margaret Florin of Harper Woods, MI and Olive Romph-Wilson of Parkhill, ON. A private funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, February 3 rd. with Rev. Dan Helps officiating. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Sarnia Humane Society or St. Joseph's Hospice (cheques only please). Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through djrobbfh@ebtech.net The family would like to thank the nurses, nurses aids, therapists and administrative staff of Regency on the Lake; Dr. Diab (Warren, MI), and Dr. Canto (Fort Gratiot, MI) for their compassionate care. Wonderful neighbours, especially Mrs. Downey and Mrs. Costa for their friendship and support.
