M. Elaine Fleet

At Bluewater Health - Norman Site on Sunday, August 23, 2009, M. ELAINE (LECKIE) FLEET, age 95 of Sarnia passed away. She was the loving wife of the late James O. Fleet (1995) and dear mother of Ron Fleet (Marj) of St. Thomas, Ken Fleet (Ann) of Bridgewater, NS, Bruce Fleet (Millie) of London and Dave Fleet (Joan) of Port Huron. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren also survive. Elaine was a longtime member and an avid curler and golfer at the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club. Funeral Services will be held from the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME (Victoria at Davis St., Sarnia) on Wednesday, August 26th at 11:00 am. with Rev. Christine Jerrett of Central United Church officiating. Interment will follow at Blackwell Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Memorial gifts to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family. (cheques only please).
