Lloyd Nickerson

NICKERSON, LLOYD – At Bluewater Health on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, Lloyd Nickerson, age 79 of Sarnia passed away. He was the loving husband of the late Darlene (Sitter) Nickerson and dear father of Carrie Lacroix (Claude), Kimberley Radychewsky (Mike) and Kevin Nickerson (Clare), grandfather of Christopher, Michael Jr., Amanda, Ashley, Emily, Katelyn and Curtis, great-grandfather of Aayla, Cade, Nylah, Kole, Ven, Elara, Dominic and Layla. Lloyd retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force after 20 years of service and was a head cook at many area restaurants in Sarnia. He was a loving husband, father and friend who will be missed by many. Cremation has followed private family services which were held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., Sarnia). Interment will be held later at Lakeview Cemetery. Memorial gifts in memory of Lloyd made to the Lambton Lung Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
