Leon Vincent Albert

Peacefully with his family by his side at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, LEON VINCENT (FRENCHIE) passed away at the age of 77. Predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy (nee Goodine) Albert, his parents Ludger and Delina Albert (Levesque), step father Philip Levesque and brother’s Gilles Albert, Edgar Albert, and sister’s Alberta Lagasse (MacDonald), Laurette St. – Germain. Survived by sisters; Claudette and Tom Daamen of Wallaceburg, Ontario, Hilda Albert of Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Aldea Harris and her husband Buck of Sarnia, Ontario. Pierrette Albert of Stoney Creek, Ontario, brother Regis Albert of Hamilton, Ontario and step – brother Yvon Levesque of Sarnia, Ontario and sister in – law Fabienne Albert of St. Leonard, New Brunswick. Also will be missed by nieces and nephews and his two friends Albert and Dave. In Keeping with Leon’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service or visitation. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or to a charity of choice are appreciated by the family.  Leon's family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the 3rd and 4th floor at Bluewater Health for their care and compassion.  Arrangements entrusted to the D.J.
