BUSS, KENNETH – Suddenly, but peacefully at Bluewater Health-CEE Petrolia on Saturday, January 30, 2016, Kenneth Carl Buss, age 91 of Camlachie passed away. He was the dear husband of the late Ina Christina (Dolson) Buss (2008) and loving father of Dan of Courtenay BC., Judy Dennis (Jim Meyer) of Kitchener, Pat and Carol Buss of Lacombe, AB and Kellie and Jamie Doan of Dorchester, father in law of Judy Buss of Bright’s Grove. He was a loving grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and brother of Joyce Hoffman of Kitchener. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his son Doug, grandson Scott Buss and granddaughter Stacey Koebel and sisters Joan and Audrey. Ken was a Royal Canadian Navy veteran of WWII and a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #62 of Sarnia. Ken retired in 1987 as manager of Inter City Truck Lines Ltd. and was Past-President of the Royal Canadian Naval Association of Kitchener and Past-President of the Lambton Shrine Club and a member of the Shrine Band. Funeral and committal services will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., Sarnia) on Thursday, February 4th, 2016 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, beginning at 10:00 am until the service begins. Memorial donations made to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #62 Poppy Fund would be appreciated by the family. Memories and messages of condolence may be sent through www.djrobb.on.ca
