Welch, Joyce, Alona - Peacefully at Afton Park Place Nursing Home, Joyce Alona Jones passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Charles Louis Welch (1973). Will be greatly missed by her son David Bruce Welch and his wife Grace Maria Oliveira Simoes Welch. Loving grandmother to Ana Marie Simoes Welch. Cremation has taken place and a private family scattering service will take place on Thursday, July 29.
