Jean Wong

WONG, JEAN (KNUTSON) - Passed away peacefully in the arms of family and friend at Bluewater Health early Sunday morning October 23, 2011 after many medical challenges during this year. Predeceased by husbands Stan Knutson (1926 - 1974) and Dr. Bill Wong (1919 - 1994). Loving Mother to Ric Knutson and wife VJ, Susan Quattrociocchi (Knutson) and husband Ron, David Wong and wife Lynn (Ferguson) and George Wong. Lovingly missed by her grandchildren Niall and Erika Knutson, Andrew Quattrociocchi, Julia Kachur (Quattrociocchi) and husband Paul, Katherine and Caroline Wong, Michaela, Melissa, Brandon and Laura Wong. Loved by many others. Our sincere thanks to the loving, caring staff at Bluewater Health, particularly ICU and Dr. Cuccarolo's staff who were an incredible support to family during the past few days, the medical, surgical and rehabilitation staff throughout the year. Mom was cremated and we are having an open house celebration of Jean on Saturday, October 29th from 2 to 4 pm at 147 Cecil St. in Sarnia. Mom's expressed wishes are for no flowers, visitations or donations. The family would welcome memorial donations to Bluewater Health Foundation. Interment will take place with immediate family at a later date.
