Jean Norma Stonehouse

Suddenly at Bluewater Health on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, Jean Norma (nee Scanlon) Stonehouse passed away at the age of 85. Loving mother of Dale Stonehouse, Glenn Stonehouse (Donna), Lee - Ann Currie (David). Cherished grandmother Brooke, Shayne (Steph), Danielle (Benjamin), Sarah, Ryan and Joshua and her great grandchildren Logan, Ava and Ella. Predeceased by the father of her children Robert Stonehouse (2007) and treasured daughter Terry (nee Stonehouse) Ager (1995) and her parents Arthur and Minnie Scanlon. Jean was a big fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. She also enjoyed watching old classic movies and researching her family tree. Jean’s greatest joy was her children, grandchildren and her 3 great grandchildren. A special thank you to Community Care Partners, especially Eva for her care and friendship that mom received. Family and friends will be received at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd. (102 Victoria Street, North, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 5W9) on Saturday, November 11, 2023 between the hours of 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  Following the visitation there will be a small prayer service.  Cremation will follow and a private interment will be held at a later date.  Donations in memory of Jean can be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation www.heartandstroke.ca.
