STEWART, JANETTE, DOROTHY – December 30, 1931 – January 21, 2018

On Sunday, January 21, 2018, Janette Dorothy Stewart (nee Rodgers) of Sarnia, Ontario passed away peacefully at the age of 86. Predeceased by her loving husband Gordon Frank Stewart (2017).Dorothy  is survived by her loving children and grandchildren: Gail Deakin (nee Stewart) and her late husband William (Bill) (2015), of Sarnia, Ontario, and her children, Christopher Deakin (Kerri Ann) of Okotoks, Alberta, and Albert Deakin of Toronto, Ontario, and Gary Stewart (Donna) of Sherwood Park, Alberta and their children, Stephen Stewart (Morgan), Cheryl Hamaluk (Justin), and their daughters Willow and Freya, Kristina Paulson (Trevor), Garth Stewart of Sarnia, Ontario, and her daughter the late Donna Stewart and her surviving children; Jason Marks (Lyndzay)  and his son Prestyn, Amanda Marks (Kevin), Melissa Marks (Ryan), Lisa Marks (Jean) and their children Landyn and Maliyah. Also survived by her sisters Andrea Rodgers of Sutton, Quebec, Irene Doggrell of Camarillo, California. Dorothy is predeceased by her sisters Mae Rodgers and Susan Taylor and her daughter Donna Stewart. Family and friends will be received at the D.J. Robb Funeral & Cremation Centre on Saturday, January 27, 2018 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cremation will follow. Memorial gifts in memory of Dorothy may be made to the Canadian Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION CENTRE.
