At Fiddick's Nursing Home, Petrolia, on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, JANET EDNA (McINTYRE) BUTLER, age 90, formerly of Sarnia, beloved wife of the late James Clarence Butler. Dear mother of Janice Braekevelt and her husband Charles of Perth, Australia, Joanne Woodland and her husband Craig of Minnesota, Jill Robbins and her husband Lloyd of Halifax, N.S. and James Butler and his wife Dana of Vancouver, B.C. Loving grandmother of Elizabeth Arnold and Eric Braekevelt, Lewis Woodland, Megan Stephens and Jenna Robbins and Liam Butler. Great-grandmother of Katherine Arnold and two more to be born in May. A lifelong Sarnia area resident, and member of the I.O.D.E., Mrs. Butler was pre-deceased by a brother Arthur McIntyre. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Saturday morning, May 7 th. at 10:30 a.m. with Angela MacDonald officiating. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society (cheques only please).
