James David MacAdam

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our baby boy James David (JD) MacAdam, age 8 months, at Children’s Hospital, Victoria Campus of L.H.S.C. on Sunday, May 3, 2020.  Despite his short time on earth he was deeply loved and brought immense joy to all those who knew him.

JD will be forever treasured by his loving parents Stephanie and Colin MacAdam and his siblings Monica, Madelyn, Christian and Charlotte MacAdam.  Fondly remembered by his grandparents James (Jim) and Vera Chaisson and David and Laurena (Curly) MacAdam, his Godparents and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

 Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” - Matthew 19:14

Private family services have been held with interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery in Sarnia with a funeral mass to follow at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Health Foundation at the London Health Sciences Centre Children’s Hospital (https://childhealth.ca/donation/) and would be appreciated by the family.
