Irma Bedard

At Bluewater Health on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, IRMA LILLIAN (SWIFT) BEDARD, age 92 formerly of Courtright, passed away with loving family and friends by her side. She was the loving wife of the late William J. Bedard (1987) and dear mother of Paul and his wife Judy of Mississauga and Bradley and his wife Kathy of Sarnia, grandmother of Ashley (Bob), Nick (Jenna) and Chloe and Ryan, Matthew and Katelyn, sister in law of Jackie (Bedard) McLellan. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by her son Dale, grandson Grant and six brothers and sisters. She was the daughter Ernest and Lillian Swift, Irma was a lifelong Lambton County resident. She was an active member of the Catholic Women's League and enjoyed her St. Clair riverside home and her many friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Corunna on Saturday, September 7th at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the D.J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
