Holly May Leystra

HOLLY MAY LEYSTRA died peacefully at home on Sunday November 21, 2021 with her husband Frank by her side. Mother of Dustin Denley and step-mother to Janice Leystra (Kevin Somes), Cheryl Leystra (Steve Thorne) and Krista Mall and her husband Kerry. Grandmother of David and Gracelynn and step-grandmother of Taylor, Leena and Priya. Will be missed by her lifelong best friends Trudy & Tom Moore and her sister Nancy Davis and her husband Phil. Predeceased by her parents Dorothy & Russel, a sister Mary and a brother Tim Soper. She adored her beloved cat Hooty who was there till the end with her and never left her side. Holly loved horses and all animals, and loved music before she became deaf. She loved yellow flowers and angels, and most of all she loved her best friend and husband Frank. We would like to thank Care Partners, Primary Nurse Alicia, Nurse Practitioner Anne Douglas, the PSWs, Palliative Care Dr. Orla MacSweeney for assisting her go peacefully at home. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Please note, as per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, all in attendance are required to social distance and to wear a face mask. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia and District Humane Society. Arrangements entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N.
