Gilles Parent

At St. Joseph's Hospice on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, GILLES PARENT, age 63, of Sarnia, beloved husband of Carol (Havers) Parent. Loving father of Sylvain Parent. Grandfather of Jacob Cary. Brother of Raynald Parent (Louise) and Lise Parent and loving friend of Therese Parent. Step father of Shannon and Rob Cary. Many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law also survive. A member of Local #663 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, Gilles was a dear friend of Bill W. and was a member of the Canadian Motorcycle Cruisers. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Sunday, May 15th at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon and evening from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph's Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only please). Messages of condolence may be sent through djrobbfh@ebtech.net
