Georgina (Babs) Pearl Robertson

At Bluewater Health on Monday, June 8, 2015, GEORGINA (BABS) PEARL ROBERTSON, age 87 of Point Edward passed away. She was the loving wife of the late Harry James Robertson (1991) and dear mother of Gladys Gooch (Don) of Richmond, BC and Bill Robertson of Sarnia and mother in law of Bonnie Robertson of Walsingham, ON. She is survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Babs was a long time resident of Point Edward and was involved in the Women's Association of the Presbyterian Church. She was predeceased by her son Donald Robertson and 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Bab's life will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Sunday, June 14th at 1:30 pm. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 pm until service time. Private interment will be held later at Resurrection Cemetery. Charitable gifts to the Canatara Park Children's Animal Farm would be appreciated by the family. Memories and messages of condolence may be sent through www.djrobb.on.
