After a 2 year battle with cancer at St. Joseph's Hospice on Saturday November 26, 2011 GARY LAUR age 59 of Courtright. Beloved husband of Francine Laur. Loving step-father of Jeremy and Kevin Vandenberghe. Dear son of Stan and Rose Laur of Sarnia. Brother of Rick Laur, Ron Laur, Karen Taylor and her husband Brian and Larry Laur. Also survived by a cherished friend Webster and several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law. Gary retired from the Post Office after 34 yrs of service. Resting at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE where service will be held on Thursday December 1st at 1:00 p.m. with cremation to follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon and evening from the hours of 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Joseph's Hospice, the Sarnia Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society(cheques only please).
