At Bluewater Health Norman site on Tuesday August 4, 2009, GAIL (SHORTT) SMITH age 69 of Sarnia. Beloved wife of the late Robert Wesley Smith (2006). Dear mother of Daniel Smith and his wife Susan, Brian Smith and his wife Janice and Lynn Riddell and her husband Chris. Cherished and adored grandmother of Jamie, Pamela and Samantha Smith and Corey, Brandon and Adam Riddell. Sister of Fred Shortt and his wife Judy. Gail retired from the Lambton Kent District School Board after 25 years of service. Resting at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME where services will be held on Friday August 7th at 11:00 am. with interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from the hours of 7-9 pm. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association (cheques only please).
