Fredrick Anthony Austin

At Bluewater Health-Sarnia on Thursday, May 12, 2022, Fredrick Anthony Austin, age 63 of Sarnia passed away. He was the loving husband of Sharon and dear father of Trish Austin (Dwayne), grandfather of Carmella Lamont and Lachlan Murphy, brother of Judy Leclair (Tim), Brian (Lori), Dan and William (Margaret). Many nieces and nephews also survive. He is also survived by sisters in law Linda West (Ted) and Patti Vail (Don). He was predeceased by his parents Fred (2003) and Jeanne (1981) and his brother Richard (1981). Fred retired as a mechanic at Marcin Bowl after 35 years of service. He loved to go to the trailer with Sharon and their fur baby Eddie and also loved his sports; Toronto Maple Leafs, Green Bay Packers and the Maggott’s ball team. He will be missed very much as Fred has touched the heart of many. At Fred’s request there will be no services. Donations to a charity of your choice in Fred’s honour would be appreciated by the family. Private arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N.
