Franklin (Frank) Burr

Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospice on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, FRANKLIN STUART (FRANK) BURR, of Sarnia, at the age of 79. Loving husband of Barbara (Oxenham) and dear father of Christina Burr of Windsor and Michael Burr and his wife Maryann of Weirton, West Virginia. Frank is survived by two sisters Mary Scott of Wiarton and Ruth Ann Handy of Sarnia, two sisters-in-law Sharon Humbey of Corunna and Fran Burr of Sarnia and a brother in law Robert Oxenham and his wife Linda of Forest. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters, Mr. Burr was a lifelong Sarnia area resident. Cremation will take place with a private family interment of ashes at Lakeview Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to St. Joseph's Hospice or the Sarnia and District Humane Society. The family wish to thank the staff of St. Joseph's Hospice and Dr. Lori Kolano for all their caring and kindness.
